Mahalo for considering the Waikiki Yacht Club to be the venue for your special event! The WYC takes pride in going the extra mile to make your event spectacular.

Please contact the office for more information on various menus, prices, and policies along with additional material we hope you find to be useful. Personal tours of the historic clubhouse with waterfront views and charming rooms are also available.

Catering Menu

Private Events

  • Dining Room (100 people seated) – $750 
  • Board Room (20 people seated) – $150 
  • Tent (60 people seated) – $375 
  • Mauka Terrace (30 people seated) – $300 
  • Card Room (20 people seated) – $300 

  • A/V – $25 each 
  • Tablecloth – $4 each 
  • Napkin – $2 each 
  • Bartender – $150/hour (3-hour min) 
  • Carving Station Attendant – $40/hour (3-hour min) 
  • Sunday Night Event Fee – $500 
  • Monday Event Fee – $1,000 
  • Cake cutting – $2 per person 

  • For all events, the final guaranteed number of guests is due seven days prior to the event date. 
  • If a final guaranteed guest count is not given, the Club will use the original estimated number of guests for preparation and billing purposes. 
  • Charges will be based on the final guarantee or the actual number of guests attending the event, whichever is greater.
  • All event prices will be charged an tax and a 20% service charge. 

If a confirmed event is cancelled by a member/host, there may be charges that are due to the Club. The final decision will be based on Club rules.
