WYC Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by WYC:
By registering for the event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation by Attendee:
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 1 to 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 1 day before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows:
- Attendees who do not show up for the event and have not canceled in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer Policy:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting us at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellation by WYC:
- We will notify all participants as soon as possible via email.
- If the event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.

Club Events
The Waikiki Yacht Club hosts a series of exclusive events tailored for members and their guests, offering a range of activities from elegant wine dinners to keiki movie nights. These members-only gatherings create a fun environment for socializing, networking, and celebrating the maritime lifestyle.
